        Large hotel located in walking distance from the Old Town. Huge reception area, spacious rooms, however the rooms are quite worn and could need some upgrades. The air conditioning, even at the lowest setting, were very noisy. The city view from our corner room on the 14th floor was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and nice. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant as there are loads of restaurants offering breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable prices and with high quality.

        I got in real late due to plane delayed at a huge car accident on the way from airport to hotel. The front desk and the order were fantastic. Very nice and helped me a lot. The rooms are very big and beautiful and the breakfast buffet was very good.. hotel I would come back to.

The staff were cheerful and professional, with a variety of dining options available in a few restaurants. The swimming pool and gym are well-maintained and managed.         Large hotel located in walking distance from the Old Town. Huge reception area, spacious rooms, however the rooms are quite worn and could need some upgrades. The air conditioning, even at the lowest setting, were very noisy. The city view from our corner room on the 14th floor was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and nice.         Leaving this review with a heavy heart — I expected more of Royal Phuket given the good reviews I've seen here, but I was disappointed when I stepped into the hotel. The hotel is very dated, but the worst thing was the tap water was BROWN on our last 2 nights. Feedback-ed to the front desk and they only solved the issue after the second ask, when the engineer came to our room. We're not fussy travellers, but brown tap water flowing out from your sink is definitely not something you'd expect from a 4* hotel. Our safe was spoilt and no toothbrushes were provided too, so please bring your own if you intend to stay here. All in all, while the staff were pleasant and tried to mediate the situation by providing an airport transfer, I will not stay here again, and will not recommend this place to my friends and family.

        Very nice hotel. Room is spacious and very near to the central of the old town. Staffs are friendly. There is rooftop bar. There are some people singing in the afternoon in the lobby. Will be back in future.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
