Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, efficient airport shuttle service and great location. Only minus is the smell of cigarette smoking. We stayed here twice; first stay was on the second floor, and it was unpleasant due to the smoke smell in the room and the hallway. Even the A/C air vent brought in smoke smell. The following stay was much better because we requested 3rd/4th floor room where there were fewer guests. Across the hotel is a huge mall with food court. We recommend Hotel Royal Plus highly. If you have YANDEX app (Russian and English), you can use their taxi service (like Uber/Lyft).

It seems like they are trying to market themselves as Lux 5*, but still a maximum of 3*. After a shower, you have to swim out of the bathroom, since the cabin is either leaky or something else. The windows overlook the courtyard of the residential complex. That is, when opening the curtains, anyone can become a witness to the Show, voluntarily, or out of sheer desperation😅 For that kind of money, you can actually reconnect in a 5 star hotel🤷‍♀️

The rooms are clean, not small, with bathrobes, slippers, and soap accessories. Nice shower room. But in the off-season it’s cold, the air conditioning doesn’t work, the floor heating is the same. They save. Heaters are not provided. Attention! Breakfast with instant coffee. You need to buy grain! But the cafe ran out of grain coffee. And don't buy it. This ruined the whole stay. We even left earlier for another hotel. If you don’t care what kind of coffee and are ready for a cold room in the off-season, then everything else is great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
