Spend 2 nights and 3 full days, while on a city break. Customer service was good, staff were polite and helpful. Staff allowed us a early check-in, which was great after a early flight. Room booked was triple, which was OK. In need of bathrooms renovation. Fridge did work and room switches dirt and some parts of bathroom. Once i informed staff of hair above sink, it was cleaned. Beds were comfortable and clean. TV volume was low. Soaps, toothbrush is supplied, along with clean towels. Location was great restaurants, shops, food outlets and market was within walking distance. Lots of halal options of takeaways and restaurants within few yards. Supermarket next door, easy bus available in the heart of la rambla and museums.. Breakfast was average, would not book breakfast again, better to eat out plenty of cafés nearby. Considering the major of Muslims at the hotel there was no halal sausages or vegan options which isn't good. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend.

This hotel was perfect. Its friendly and hospitable staff, comfortable accommodations, and location were exactly what my husband and I wanted. Getting around was easy: lots of things were within walking distance. For those things that weren't, the subway and bus lines were convenient and close. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

The location of the Hotel is in the heart of the Ramblas. The service is average, it took them forever to do our check in. The room was not ready, and it is below average. The Ramblas is very busy and crowded. It is very nourishing you can hear the noise from the windows of the Hotel. Definitely I will not stay here again.

The hotel has a great location, but the rooms are simple and small. The breakfast is not worth the extra cost, as the food selection is very limited and the pre-cooked dishes are cold.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
