The only good things about this hotel are the price and the location. It is a very convenient walk to all the things in the area. The bed is uncomfortable and lumpy. There was no flat sheet on the bed. There was leaky water on the bathroom floor. There was no hand soap provided at the sink. You could hear everyone around you. It feels like a quite old hotel overall. The breakfast in the morning was mediocre with cold food and empty serving dishes needing to be refilled.

The hotel has an old look, it is good when you are busy the whole day and you need a place to sleep. The location was very good, close to the main attractions and old city. Housekeeping staff was very nice, the rest of personnel could be more welcoming :)

I like the room which is a big and a family size. Daily room service available and cool a/c. Bathtub is great. No hanging place for wet cloths! The room’s wall is not sound proof, I can hear someone talking from the other side of the room!

I had the pleasure of staying one night at this exquisite hotel. The room exuded a cozy ambiance and adhered to the highest industry standards of cleanliness. The atmosphere was serene, creating a peaceful environment. The breakfast offered was of exceptional quality. The staff demonstrated great courtesy and were always ready to assist. Loved the rooms. Quite spacious, clean, and mature look. The washroom also has a bathtub and it was my first time using a bathtub. There's also a swimming pool in this hotel. This hotel is basically close to all the ministries, the supreme court, the Grand Palace, Khao San Road, etc. Apart from that, all basic amenities are present. The staff are helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
