We had a wonderful experience at Royal Regency Suites A hotel with an amazing view of the Marina, very good location, A very warm welcome, the rooms were spacious and very clean, fast check out and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Kumar to organize surprise birthday decorations and cakes. Overall we had amazing stay , I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai

I had a great e experience visiting this hotel. Great service, and staff. Location was good, next to marina mall, walking distance. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Pool was nice and warm. Room was excellent with fully equipped kitchen Nice view of the marina Nothing to complain about or write about in any negative way

My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights , we were really satisfied with hotel , services and staff also. Rooms were really clean , sheets can be changed any time you want, towels also. Cleaning staff were highly well-mannered and helpful. Another thing which is worthwhile to mention is the breakfast, it was complete and delicious in a beautiful room with nice sun light, the chef (Mr Ahesan) was amazingly kind with a beautiful smile, he makes delicious omelets ,you have to go for it.

No words can express how much we appreciated our stay at Royal Regency Suites. From the door man, Front desk, housekeeping staff and those catering breakfast, all were excellent. The suite was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked, all amenities were as advertised and better. The location was very walkable and well served. I rarely can give such a glowing review but they exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you to all!

What can we say came for week over Christmas and it was so amazing we came back again January 11th for another week in room 1309 the extended for another 3 days.the room,staff, location, house keeping and views is second to none house keeping especially have gone that extra mile leaving us chocolate and towels made into swans even doing our washing up. If you are looking for accommodation in Dubai look no further book this amazing hotel and this is coming from a couple who holidays 6 to 10 times a year

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
