Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Accommodating of requests (helping to keep my luggage during a 1 night gap of my 5 night stay) Booked the Miyabi comfort twin which was clean, comfortable although not too spacious. Public bath was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet does not change much from day to day (ate for 4 days) but it’s enough variety to keep me satisfied. Matcha/green tea latte at the welcome drink station was delicious!

Near Kyoto JR line. Just a 2-3 minutes walk and there's a 7-11 right across. Hotel only checks you in at 3pm so if you are early, just drop the bags and go walk around. We had the tatami flooring room and it was quite nice and modern looking. Room was equipped with nespresso pods which is good. Public bath is nice and clean. The men side has a sauna, ice bath, hot bath, and an outdoor hot bath (this I like a lot) Free coffee, water, juice basically all day long.

Came here on a Monday night during the first week of August and the room was 17,000 yen which included breakfast. It's close to the station so easy to find The room was smallish but clean with all the amenities needed. They had a decent sauna and communal bath which is worth visiting if you are staying. My price included breakfast but if you don't have it it's 2200 yen additional. Breakfast wasn't that great - quality of items were low but they had a lot of variaty. Overall for that price wasn't impressed -

Well-appointed large room (relatively speaking), very comfortable beds. Still, our beds were right up against one another so one of us had to crawl across to get in. We did not use the onsen b/c the app reported that it was crowded or full whenever we checked. Excellent breakfast, but one day we went about 10 minutes after they opened, and had to wait 15 minutes to get a table because they were full. Helpful and friendly front desk. Located a short walk from Kyoto Station and the main bus stop.

Very nice hotel. Room was small but is expected in Japan but it was very Clean and functional. I love the smell of their bath and hand and facial soaps. My husband enjoyed the hot bath. They allowed us to leave our luggage’s and held it until check in time. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Walking distance to Kyoto Station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
