Chose the hotel for convenience and despite the 5 star rating, this is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed. The bathroom sink and shower are moldy. Housekeeping has no sense of hygiene. Clean towels were left on dirty suitcase instead of in the bathroom. After complaining about it, the staff brought new towels hugging it against his body and the next day clean towels were again left on dirty suitcase. Bedside table were moved (God knows why) one day and left far away from the bed. Walls are peeling and duvet cover is torn and with stains. The in room safe was locked on checked in day. Had to call front desk to unlock it but the smart Alec opened it and left it in locked state so I couldn't close the door. The room's lock was almost falling out. Laundry was never picked up. Had to call house keeping many times and laundry was not returned on time. Breakfast was included but food was cold. Toilet paper are sometimes wet from housekeeping's cleaning. I will never ever stay in this disgusting place again. They also discriminate against local and assigned better rooms to foreigners.

Honestly I was quite worried after booking my room as I only realised there were so many negative reviews on Google after booking. That being said, I would like to reassure anyone else who’s worried about the negative reviews on here that the hotel is still in decent condition and the staff provide great service. The hotel and room were old but not in terrible condition as some of the other reviews say. A bit of wallpaper was peeling and the weighing scale, ironing board and iron were faulty. I had no problems getting an immediate replacement for the items from housekeeping. The room was super clean and comfortable. Sheets were fresh and nice. All the staff were friendly and polite including the housekeeping staff who greeted me as I walked down the hall to my room. 10/10 recommended if you’re looking for a 5 star hotel at a really cheap price in Damansara.

Check in there for a NYE dinner buffet. Pros: - Staff are friendly and attentive. - Room was very spacious. - Food spread are awesome, plenty of choices. - Breakfast buffet was never disappointing, it was awesome as usual (not my first time having breakfast here) - Plenty of parking spaces and it is FOC for those who check in Cons: - I think hotel need to do some maintenance here and there, specially on the furniture and walls. It is not really a big deal but it is sore to the eye.

Attended a seminar here and first impressions weren't great - the basement parking had a sewer-like smell. Inside, the seminar room was freezing, and despite multiple requests, the staff couldn't seem to adjust the temperature. The hotel feels a bit run-down overall, a shadow of its former self. On the bright side, the lunch buffet was a highlight – tasty and well-prepared.
