        It was my first time staying here and sadly it wasn’t a pleasant experience at the beginning. As I walked into my room and inserted the key card, the electricity went out after 20 seconds. The circuit breaker in the room trip so I had to turn it back on myself (because it took the technician a little too long). Also, the body shampoo’s pump wasn’t working so I had to call room service again - twice within 30 mins! Overall, I still enjoyed my stay here despite a couple of hiccups.

        Solid 1/10. Why? Lets start with the first experience. Family booked 3 rooms here, only 1 could check in on time. The remaining 2 rooms were not ready yet. Ok. Mind you even at 3pm it is not ready. So we waited at the lobby, with a baby and bags, lots of bags. The staff there don’t even offer the hotel bell cart when he’s just there at the entrance door, Great! So my family just had to carry it all. Checked in at 3.30pm+, once I entered my room, i could see wet dirty floor in front of my room, inside of the room. After I checked, the carpet outside of the room is wet, that explained the water stain infront of the door. Complained, so they sent a staff to put Floor Dryer Machine. They dont even put a rug, door mat or even toilet mat. So the water stain is left just like that. Had a short rest and went out. Returned back to sleep at night, only to realise that our room has no fridge. So my food just left spoilt bcs i could not place it in the fridge :) called them using my father’s room next door bcs my room dont even have telephone for room service! We dont even have iron and ironing board in the room. Great, so great. After calling at 9pm, they said they will send over the fridge and iron & ironing board, I waited until 12am and dont even put my baby to sleep bcs her sleep would be interrupted if they come to send over the stuff, but the after 12.30am theres no sign of them coming over. So frustrating and annoyed, I just went to bed. Dont get me started with the cleanliness. Toilet were not thoroughly clean, bed sheet has lots of stains, room carpet smells musky, room looks rundown. But I didnt even complained to them bcs thats just minor problem. The next morning, mind you its just 11.15am, the staff rang my doorbell and ask when will we check out and ask if we want to extend our stay. I straight away said no and she asked if my father (room next door) has checked out or not, my husband said he doesn't know. Then the lady said “I rang the doorbell but no one answered” so she straight away open the door and check and she said “oh i think they checked out bcs theres no bags inside”. Is it okay to just simply open the door like that?! What if the person inside is just sleeping or inside the toilet? So unprofessional. Upon checking out I complained about the fridge, iron, saying that they wanted to send it but up until my checkout time it is not even delivered. The receptionist lady just say she asked them to send it already and just say “i noted this and will deliver the words to them”. So there’s no other solution? Not even a half refund or a voucher for the worst service given. So I just walked away without saying any words. I dont even understand how they maintained the 4 star hotel, but this is by far the worst hotel I’ve been to. So frustrating. Best advice, please check the reviews before booking.

        I’m here now !!! Regretting!!!! The worst hotel I been in my life ! So dirty from the hallway to the room! Tv, lights all not working ! Rooms so small, they move me from 7th floor to 8th floor! The smells is so bad , hardly can breathe, my son keep coughing coz of the smell and dusty! Very worn down hotel! Not recommended at All! Now at this time 1.27am they are drilling and knocking !!!! 😡 some contractors doing work???? !!!! Madness ! No brainy ! Ventilation so bad !

        Toilet wall with wall paint peeling off, the room when I entered the room got the smell of wetness, the air-conditioning was too cold for comfort, Water ponding on the wash basin floor after shower. Toilet entrance door lock broken. Will not consider coming back for 2nd time

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
