The deluxe rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The shower is excellent! It is large with good water pressure. The hotel also has a lot of parking around it which is very convenient if you hire a car. However, service is non-existant at this hotel. I asked for toilet paper multiple times a day throughout my stay and they just say "ok" and it never comes. We ended up having to hunt down the cleaner every morning to get any extra items we needed as we realized that there isn't really any room service. The cleaner was great though and provided a better service than any other staff we encountered throughout our stay. One time I asked reception to help us with a taxi and they just pointed and said "outside" which resulted in me standing in the heat for 10minutes trying to wave one down, getting a taxi which took us to the wrong location and charged us... Also, the elevator and hallways smell like cigerates and the breakfast is far below average but they do have a coffee machine which was great. In summary, I'd recommend this hotel only if you are looking for a budget place to sleep with a car park.

Excellent hotel in all aspects (staff, location, price, rooms, cleanness, breakfast...etc). Great value for money. Compared to many other hotels, this hotel has rooms with windows that can be opened so that you can enjoy fresh air and not rely only on AC and feel cold. I highly recommend this hotel. Lastly, I would like to thank all hotel staff and wish them all the best.

I recently visited this Rozana Hotel and Roz cafe it was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service. While it may not have the fanciest decor or extensive menu options, the dishes were delicious and satisfying. The staff members were friendly and attentive to our needs, checking in on us frequently without being intrusive. They even provided recommendations for local attractions to visit during our stay in the area. Overall, I highly recommend thisRozana Hotel and Roz cafe to anyone looking for a casual dining experience with excellent food and service. It may not be a five-star establishment, but it definitely exceeded my expectations and left me satisfied.

One of the best hotel in my point of view. Their service and decoration is very elegant. Foods are very delicious 😊. Specially coffee and the cakes are so much tasty and fresh. Best wishes for Rozana Hotel❤️

It was a pleasant experience in Rozana Hotel. The staff is friendly and responsive. The hotel location was fantastic, the street has a lot of facilities. The only problem that we had in room 308 is that wifi was not that good and even sometimes is not available. The room was clean. I would recommend it, will stay next time here

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
