        Location of the hotel is very good. Close to the river, market, royal palace, museum etc. The room and the hotel itself are a bit run down but I think it’s priced accordingly and a great value for money. Large room. Comfortable bed. It’s great if you want to spend most of your time exploring Phnom Penh but not so great if you plan to spend most of your time indoors / in luxury.

        We arrived in the evening and was given the incorrect room. It was not the room we booked on Agoda which has a kettle + mini fridge. The male Receptionist was rude to us and kept arguing that the room we paid for was a different room. We showed him our booking, seemed annoyed, and then took us to our actual booked room. They only give coffee & water the first day, thereafter you have to buy your own from the many mini Marts. The room is not serviced & the TV remote didn't work, however they gave us new batteries. The location is great, so there are plenty of restaurants, bars nearby. There is some street noise due to the restaurants which didn't bother us. The A/C worked well. We also received complimentary soap, a towel and toothpaste + a comb and toothbrushes.

        Rooms are falsely advertised, the room we were given looked nothing like in the photo. There was no window in our room. We saw many cockroaches. There was leaking water all over the floor from the bathroom and a lot of black mold. The smell from the mold was so bad we had to keep the door to the room open and fan on even while we slept. I ended up not being able to sleep because of the smell. When we asked to move rooms the staff, said we would have to pay significantly more money. In the end, we just checked out after 1 sleepless night and changed locations.

        I'm sure it was flash when it was built. Now it's faded. It has ensuites and AC. Stairs are steep. Staff are friendly, the managers have good English. It's in the thick of things and the view is stunning! I love it. It's my favourite hotel in PP. It's cheaper if you book online.

        Location was great and staff were nice but the room I stayed in was a bit nasty. The sheets were stained and ripped with cigarette burn marks. There were hairs on the pillow cases and the pillows looked moldy.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
