Can comment for room 42, 05-08/09/2022. Pros: The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Has a a big room which serves as a kitchen and living room, as well as a bedroom and a bath. Near the most places in Porto worth seeing. Cons: no air-condition, super slow elevator, you think it is going to collapse at any moment. And on top of everything: totally unhygienic. The floor and the sofa were filthy. Moreover, guy's, how much does a toilet brush cost in Porto? It's ridiculous. People who stay in a place for 2 or 3 days don't want luxuries, they just want some dignity. Non compliance to hygienic standards is unacceptable.

I accommodated there in July 2022 with my family. The location was good but the below issues were not sufficient. 1. Wi-fi quality was really terrible 2. There was not air-conditioner in the flat, and so to sleep, there was a really hard problem. 3. Hygiene quality was poor, especially the sofa in the saloon was really dirty. 4. It is located on the street, and so all noise in the street was in the house.

the host was nice but the whole experience was pretty bad, far from center, dodgy elevator, not super clean though not filthy, appartment is pretty depressing, definitely not worth the price we paid for it

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
