The woman "working" in the reception does not want to work, not even to fulfill the contract. The contract says l will Pay in euros, she says l cannot. What does this company do when workers do not work and they breach contracts?

Perfect stay in Marrakech for families, Children. It’s a practice hotel basic, but better then commercial hotel like a I-bis. Reception welcome very friendly, calm and clear, fast check-in. There is a parking garage private with a elevator. The rooms are clean, and basic. Small swimming pool and big for adults.

Even though this is a hotel and spa. Spa is not working. I wasn't informed about this before hand otherwise I would not of booked this specific hotel. This hotel can not use the excuse of covid as other spas in the area were operational. No hand sanitizer in machine throughout the hotel . 2 stained furniture in rooms. Only equipment for use 1 pan. 5 plates. Teapot. And cutlery as seen on pictures food still on cutlery from last guests. And the tub they were in was unhygienic as it hadn't been washed. I don't go on holiday to wash someone else's dishes. 4. Breakfast was 1 piece of bread and 2 sweet crossiant. And egg Spoke to other guests from 4 star hotels( same as the one I've booked ) and they had buffets every day which you could choose your own. This will be the last time I will be booking.

Hotel it in a good place in Marrakech have around all you need, far from center 3km with taxi(20dirham).Room was like apartment and so clean, evrry day they change the towels. The bed big and comfortable, our room was in the first floor and down the pool, was not noise in the night like other ppl comment here. All the employees was so nice and kind. Was amazing for our 9 night's, for sure if we come again in Marrakech we will take a room here. We was take excursion from hotel to Ouzoud and cost us 500 dirham s. I was to ty for the guy's in the reception was really amazing and nice ❤️. This was our second staying here. The price was very good and location too. Internet it not so good but this is not from them, morroco have a problem but if u don't like you can buy a sum card with Internet connection around 20-30 dirham.

BED BUGS!!!!! We had bed bugs and it ruined our holiday. I tried to talk to the manager but they were avoiding me. I'm not sure why is it a spa hotel. Swimming pool wasn't working way was very upsetting. Breakfast is the same 3 pastries every day with hard boiled egg and butter not even worth waking up. Towels and bed had dirty, had marks on them. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
