The rooms are clean and tidy. Everything you need. Decent location for the hotel. There is no parking so you will need to find that. Our favorite part was the bar. The reception and bar are on the 6th floor and is open 24 hours. The service was amazing, the pizza was delicious, and they have some great house drinks. Was a good stay and I would stay again.

- Clean / safe / modest location, 5 minutes to central, lots of parking places nearby. - Very convenience booking and self-service. - Rooms / Entrance area need to smell better. Spend some cost on improving the smell, it would pay off. - Also please consider practicality, 2 loud speakers is a too much. - Only good for short stay, 1 night, more than one night is not practical, since there is no minibar, no closet, no water boiler.

Went for a drink, the bartenders were very helpful and recommended the Tiramisu and Basil Smash which were both delicious. Professionally made, presented and great care was taken in the customer service. Good conversation and enjoyable experience. Theo, Dido and Jack were very helpful and professional. Will come back next time I am in Frankfurt.

We had a great stay at Ruby Louise! All the staff we encountered was fluent in English and ready to help. The bar is 24/7! They can store your luggage for free which was really helpful since our flight wasn’t until after check out. The rooms are very clean, very sexy, and very spacious with super high ceilings. They welcome you with a bottle of water and some delicious German chocolate! It’s also in a great central location only a short walk from MyZeil. Thanks Ruby Louise staff!

I stayed here alone during a business trip and this hotel isn’t ideal for business 1. The room is very small and uncomfortable for working with a background for remote working of the shower with no chance to change the angle. There’s also no where to put luggage or open luggage other then on a bed which is on the floor. Additionally the rooms face offices so you need to close the curtains for privacy. The bed is comfortable and the shower is amazing. But this doesn’t make up for the lack of basic space and functionality. 2. There was no iron, just an iron room with a tiny board and a leaky iron so my business shirts were wrinkled. The staff didn’t have a backup and didn’t really appreciate the importance of a ironed shirt. 3. Breakfast was really good and the staff are friendly 4. There’s no parking and the reception staff themselves are impossible to reach. If you have any problems you have to go to the reception. In the end. If I was travelling a lone for fun or as a couple the hotel is ok and fashionable (a lot like 25 hours) but for work, it’s annoying.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
