Had a wonderful stay in Munich at Ruby Rosi Hotel with my fiancé's. Welcoming and helpful at check in, and cozy clean rooms. Many little details made the stay extra special, like chocolate and tea when we arrived after a long travel day. Especially loved the ambiance in the bar area, and such outstanding service and superb drinks from Leon! Would strongly recommend to friends and family, and already planning a return. Only small recommendation: Yoga room was great, but need to add yoga mate cleaning spray.

So our trip to Germany has been an adventure to say the least, but the Ruby Rosi’s staff has been great!! Dominic helped us check in and took care of us the whole time we were there! He is an awesome host! Helped us with reading the German rail site to understand what was going on. Everyone there is amazing! Thanks for the great stay! I do want to say that the room was clean but very interestingly shaped. A great use of a tiny space!

FANTASTIC service! Obviously not required, being in another country and all, but everyone we met spoke English - which was refreshing and cozy..and they didn't seem annoyed or bothered by it. The room has awesome windows, that open fully, clean, and comfortable space. Only 4 stars on it because I really enjoy having a mini-fridge and washcloths - which they don't have. Personal preference, of course. Although we haven't had washcloths in any of the other 3 hotels we stayed at so maybe it's not a thing in Germany..? The service though. Wonderful! 2 of 3 check-in tablets weren't working and they were right there to address it. Gave me an extra room card with no hesitation. And - why I'm writing the review - needed to make a reservation for dinner but the restaurant didn't have online ordering. Nervous to make a phone call and not knowing what questions they'd ask (not being a German speaker) the bartender was super friendly about calling for me and wouldn't accept a tip. He offered extra ice for my drink (I think extra cold drinks might be an American thing) and just overall, super appreciated. *Thank you Hasan!!* He also provided tips for places to go when hearing us talk about things and I heard him helping other travelers with the same friendliness!

Great location and service by the hotel staff but stark difference at the hotel bar. We were offered drinks vouchers hence we went to check out the bar. When we arrived at the bar, it wasn’t crowded and there were 3 staff working but no one came with the menu / took our order. We walked up to the bar to order and only got our drinks 50 mins later. The bartender was making drinks non stop while her coworkers weren’t helping very much with serving guests. Our trip to the bar not only ruined our hotel experience, it also ruined our day with the bad attitude from the bar staff. It was truly a shame that we had to experience that. Your responses to reviews on how your staff treats guests courteously etc, wasn't what we saw / experienced.

Hotel in an excellent location. Near the central train and bus station. Close to a subway station. And at a 5-minute walk to the city center (the old city). Everything is within walking distance. The hotel itself is designed amazingly and the service is even more amazing. All is well. A good and varied breakfast, the hotel staff is attentive and helpful in everything. In short, a fun vacation

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
