Great location can’t compensate for a terrible mattress, a pillow that should have been out of use for long by now, and poor maintenance of the bathroom. Breakfast was fine and rich. Service at reception could not meet even minimal requests. Not Go!

Entire Staff - 4.5/5 very much Helpful & Immediate response on any queries. Breakfast - 4/5 is tasty but limited and actually it’s enough 😉 Room cleanliness - 4.5/5 They don’t touch our personal items and kept it safe as and when they found any. Garden area/Smoking zone peaceful Attractions: Metro station - walkable Indian restaurants - couple of them McDonald - very near Very much happening place. For any short vacation , highly recommended as we have stayed 4 days and it’s perfect for it. They serve you better in all aspects 🙂😍

The staff are all friendly and professional. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent and was well maintained during our stay. It is located in the heart of the city, and there are subways, good restaurants, and shops where you can buy fruits, etc., so it is convenient and the price is reasonable. However, if you are using a car, parking at the hotel is difficult, and you have to use an expensive paid parking lot in front of a nearby McDonald's.

1. Rooms are very small. Hotel management will say its standard across Georgia. Which is not right you can see other hotel in same catogery like Irvin etc 2. Breakfast is below average no much option available for veg and non veg except you get egg daily and chicken if you are lucky enough 3. Please be prepared for no water in hotel management justified thats across georgia which is again not true i checked with other hotel 4.hotel rooms are clean and rooms service is good 4 stars for that 5.Please carry moquito repellent with you 6. Please ensure that you are in room during their working hours else you will end up in getting any services from the hotel staff as they work on thier own luxury 7. For example room change you have to be present when they call or come back by cancelling your teip to change your room else that room will be given to someone else. 8. Do not expect any kind of politeness from one of the staff you will be backanswered as if they are doing a favour 9. Hotel surrounding are not good its below average and its a lodgr not a 4star hotel Some of point i faced

We stayed here in September 2018. Very friendly staff, with excellent English. Clean room and bathroom and toilets. Nice breakfast. small area to eat but could expand to the outside patio with a little water feature. Our room was above the kitchen, a little bit noisy in the morning and if there're people outside smoking and chatting. There's a narrow steep staircase to these 2 (family) rooms. They provided welcome water bottles. In the room there's a kettle with few choices of tea and coffee. The location for us as a family was good. It was a good 25 min walk to the main square. but along the way there's a small market and few government houses / national museums and since it is down hill to the square with lots of trees, it was a nice walk. Other options are Metro Rustaveli right in front of MacDonald (yes very close to the hotel). or taxi which only costs 5 Lari...make sure you fix before getting in. There are a few good restaurants close by. So if you don't mind being a little bit away from the noisy centre I would recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
