We stayed at this family-run hotel for 3 nights, and the owner was so responsive and sweet to us! The rooms were spotless, large and very comfortable. She was also helpful with recommendations and setting us up with our activities on the island, which made things a lot simpler. We’d often stop to chat with her and play with her dog, Dom, on our way out in the mornings. Overall a great stay! Highly recommend anyone visiting Cat Ba to stay at Rustic House.

What an amazing stay at Rustic Hotel! Everything from the room, location, cleanliness, food and beverages but most of all the service (!!!) The owners were friendliest couple (with baby and a cute little dog) and helped us with a super nice boat tour in lan ha bay, facilitated my personal requests of yoga lessons and grilling on the beach, doing research and sending us contacts. They really went above and beyond to be helpful and have so many good recommendations. Looks true to the photos posted. Do not hesitate to book this lovely hotel!!!

We stayed 4 nights here and we really liked it. Rooms are modern and clean. The people are super friendly and their breakfast is very good! We loved the waffles! And the dog is the cutest! We are looking forward to coming back ☺️

The accommodation is okay and the couple is friendly. However, that does not compensate for the fact that we had to sleep on level 2 where they live, with a véry loud baby. We could hear him crying and shouting constantly. Started two times at 7 am and we could not rest a few hours after our boat tour because of him. We really don’t understand you let guests stay on the same floor if you have a baby. We mentioned this to the owner but there was no room change or compensation, just an explanation the baby is sick and apologies. Which is sad, but as a hotel guest not what you are looking for and not helpful. They give free mountainbikes but one of them its brakes were broken, absurdly dangerous. The saddles could not be adapted and they were very low. We rented a scooter which had seen better days. The rooms are okay and clean, the beds a bit hard though. We got two beds put together but the blanket does not cover both, two blankets would be much better. You can pay for breakfast to order downstairs which was pretty good. So yes they are a friendly couple and I’m sure if you sleep on another floor the experience is much better but unfortunately not for us.

This was a family owned property and we had a chance to interact with many family members. The room was small, but well equipped. It was convenient having a coffee shop in the lobby. They could arrange a motorcycle rental at an affordable price. We also booked a bay tour to Ha Long bay operated by Cat Ba Green Trail that was amazing day. Thank you so much !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
