The Ryad Dyor is a beautiful place, everyone member of staff were warm and extremely welcoming. I am so glad to have found this treasure of a Ryad within Marrakech. From the moment we were picked up from the airport to the moment we were dropped off, the staff members made our experience perfect. I would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved Ryad Dyor, everything was perfect, the Ryad is so beautiful and Ibrahim was always willing to help, everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful!! I recently stayed at Ryad Dyor with a friend in November for 2 nights. We stayed in a room overlooking the interior courtyard which was so comfortable and lovely. They even split the beds so we could each have our own which was a huge plus. The room also included a yoga mat, slippers and robes which were a much appreciated touch. The bathroom was also stunning. The staff was so friendly and helpful. As we were two young females traveling alone, they always offered to walk us out to the main area as the Ryad is a bit of a walk from the main Medina entrance. We felt safe walking at all times, but it is a bit of a maze and not as crowded as in other areas. They helped us bring our luggage from where our driver dropped us and took it back out at the end. They provided fruit upon arrival and fresh water each day. The Ryad is beautiful including a stunning rooftop overlooking the Medina. We had a snack there one day which was really good, but otherwise didn't end up eating there for dinners. If you're okay being a bit outside the action of the Medina, I would definitely recommend this spot!

Incredible Ryad in the heart of Marrakech. Wonderful hospitality and they went above and beyond to make us comfortable, bake us fresh gluten free bread every day, provide security for late night walks, cook delicious meals, and arrange tour guides, henna artists, and a birthday cake & flowers. Not to mention, it’s affordable and gorgeously decorated. Lastly - they were able to accommodate three people in their suite with an extra bed. Highly recommend!!

I can not recommend this place enough. Truly a beautiful Riyad away from the hustle of the Medina but not too far away! So serene with excellent service. Everyone is always smiling. Food is delicious, with an excellent breakfast spread. I will always remember my time there and will absolutely come back. Thank you so much, Ryad Dyor!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
