Wow, our stay exceeded my expectations. Modern interiors in both the lobby and room. Excellent service from the front desk staff. Perfect location for going to the theatre. The room was a good size for the two of us, with a very practical fit out in terms of luggage storage, table for room service meals, bathroom hooks. A very comfortable stay.

Such a great looking interior fit out. Rooms are sizeable enough. Especially if you pay for the next size up deluxe king room. Nice having an outdoor pull to get some rays but not a very nice pool. Breakfast buffet was very good. Not huge but still plenty of choice. Would go again.

I had a really lovely 3 night stay in the corner King room. It was close to everything I needed and easy to get a park (travelling from interstate). Service was excellent, no question was too hard, staff were all really friendly. Room was very clean. The bathroom was well stocked with quality shampoos and soaps. Mini bar prices were pretty good too (cheaper than some hotels I've stayed at) The tech was easy to use, nice that I could stream shows from my device.

The staff were lovely, the location was good, and the bed was comfortable. We were 2 people there for 6 days. The room was small and felt cramped because the layout was not logical. The shower had good pressure and temperature, but no door so the splash went onto the bathroom floor. There was nowhere for our suitcases and no shelves to unpack onto. The wardrobe was half sized (we assume there was ducting behind it) only able to hang 4 outfits and when we requested a room with a decent sized wardrobe we were unable to change due to a conference happening and an apparently fully booked hotel. The pool was smaller than expected with not much view and the deck could use more shade, but they do keep the temperature warm. On our last day due to another conference we were unable to access the pool area at all. They offer food and beverage vouchers for skipping housekeeping (which we did and hoped to use on our last night) but due to a migraine I was unable to leave the room. We asked to order room service or even take away but were told we must dine in (which was not written anywhere) and the next day we wanted to use it for lunch after check out but this was not allowed either, so we had to forfeit our voucher. Overall the stay was adequate, but we were really hoping for more than that for the price point.

Had a great experience here, such a convenient location for Her Majesty's theatre. We were up on the 21st floor with a great view, but we found the humm of the buildings air-conditioning unit made it hard to sleep as I am noise sensitive. People that like white noise would be fine

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
