The location is Great. the house has everything you need for the family. The Plus is the supermarket is 3 minutes walk distance. Very convenient. However the room is a little small for 5 people. I will come back.

It was a very nice townhouse, and my family was very happy. "I want to stay for a few more days," he said. The cleaning was thorough and I had a comfortable stay. The drip coffee provided was very delicious. I would like to use it again next time I go to Kyoto.

I had the impression that a townhouse would be cold in the winter, but when I entered, all the rooms were warm. I was very impressed with the fact that the bathroom floor is equipped with underfloor heating. The inside of the townhouse was also very beautiful and clean. Although I only met the staff at check-in, I felt the staff's "commitment" and "consideration" throughout the townhouse, and I was healed by the comfortable space. I stayed with my two children, a 0-year-old and a 4-year-old, and the room was spacious, with futons provided, and a tatami room, so I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. If you leave your luggage at check-in, they will carry it to the townhouse, which was very helpful. The breakfasts we ordered were both Western and Japanese, and both were really delicious! ! I was impressed from the morning with the menu, which is homemade and uses high-quality ingredients. It was voluminous and even men were very satisfied. This breakfast was also delivered at the time I specified and I only had to pick it up, so I was able to wait comfortably. It was also stress-free as there was no need to go through check-out procedures. At a time when we are forced to reduce our contact with people due to the coronavirus, I thought it was a very valuable inn to be able to only interact with the bare minimum of staff at check-in. We have a system that allows us to respond quickly if something happens, so I felt safe. I am grateful for the space where I can feel the ``Kyoto'' atmosphere of a machiya house and spend time alone with my loved ones. Thank you very much. Please let me use you again.

Has a horigotatsu There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor for 3 people + 2 people. Including the Japanese-style room on the first floor, up to 8 people can sleep. wooden bath Breakfast included The cleaning was thorough and the breakfast was healthy and good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
