Not far from Kyoto station (still had to walk but not far). Wonderful tradiational Japanese hotel. They were able to store my luggage so that I can tour the city before check in. Though I was there in August, it was very hot! But the English speaking staff was able to help with recommendations and places to eat. The cost was high but affordable. I would love to stay here again if there are any vacancies.

This ryokan has a sort of family warmth. It feels more down to earth compared to another one I went. I think the quality of the room and the food are good for the price I paid. In fact, the food portion is quite big with a great variety. I love the onsen there as well, not crowded at all.

Foreigner friendly ryokan experience. The staff is really kind. Sento thats built in is clean and relaxing. You can wear a yukata around and dine in their restaurant. I had a shiatsu done right in the comfort of my room 6000 yen for 60 min. Laundry is free but dryer is coin operated. Room had a very authentic feel. Definitely recommend, and would come back again.

Had the traditional ryokan with the breakfast and dinner set together! The room was spacious, extremely good service. The hot bath experience was good - maybe I went off season hence not many people using the bath at the same time sk there’s more privacy. Food was good but overall breakfast was better than dinner imo

great place for our visit to see as many sites as possible. the location was very conventient to kyoto station and on the #50 bus line. we really enjoyed the japanese breakfast!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
