Good location and amenities. Towel, soap and shampoo are all provided. I like that there is quite a lot of space in the room, and each gets a private section. However, the sound of the train shakes the bed, so I found it hard to sleep and stay asleep. Nothing to do with the building/accomodation itself, but a few people talked loudly on the phone at night which I thought was disrespectful, If they want to talk on the phone, maybe they should go outside. The surroundings felt safe to me as a solo female, however if walking through love hotels and dark streets makes you nervous, then maybe think again about coming. However I had a good overall stay.

Worst worst worst staying experience in my life. Every train passed would make huge noises and vibrations to your bed. Bathroom is incredibly small. Sink is located next to the front desk, so everyone who walk-in will take a look for you wearing your pajamas and drying your hair. Pillow and mattress are extremely flat and stiff. Actually I am writing this comment at 04:00 a.m. because I can’t sleep at all. Have you ever sleep on your bed once? And this hostel located in a weird spot. Love hotels everywhere. Dark roads around this hostel. Highly not recommended specially women.

The entrance to the building has a number-type auto-lock system, and once your reservation is confirmed, a number will be sent to you (via email, etc.). Looking at other people's reviews, it seems like there is a possibility of being locked out if you stay for multiple nights or if you check in late. I made a reservation that afternoon, checked in in the evening, and was there until 11am the next morning, but I never saw the staff. The inside of the hotel is kept clean as far as you can see, and the private space is larger and quieter than a regular capsule hotel. The air conditioning was also at just the right temperature. It seems that the low rating of the reviews depends on the quality of those who met the above-mentioned lock-out and the quality of the guests who stayed on the same day. It's very comfortable if you don't have to use the refrigerator or kitchen and just stay the night. Some people say that the shaking of the train is bothersome, but if you are concerned about that, I don't think you can stay at a regular capsule hotel. Definitely recommended for solo travelers who just need a bed. By the way, the thing that was placed at the entrance looking like a disinfectant was definitely not alcohol (lol)

First of all, when I arrived, I contacted the phone number posted at the entrance (currently not in use) or LINE, etc., but got no reply, so I was at a loss, so I rattled the doorknob, and the staff unlocked the door and let me in. When I checked in, I was told that I couldn't contact you because I didn't know your contact information. By the way, I made the reservation through Agoda. I have used it many times, including overseas, and other accommodations have contacted me! I was in trouble because they didn't give me any explanations at check-in unless I asked them. Although the bed was a capsule, it was separated by a curtain and felt like a private room. However, the problem is the bed. The mattress was thin and I couldn't sleep. Every time I turned over, the floorboards made a creaking sound. The shower room is very small and would be quite cramped for a person with a strong physique. There is quite a lot of mold, so if you are concerned about it, it may not be worth it. The toilet didn't have extra toilet paper. Around 9pm, the entrance door would rattle many times, so I unlocked it and the person who had booked it through Rakuten Travel was having trouble getting in. When I asked him about it, he told me that he had called and used LINE like I did, but he had not received a reply. Overall, I felt that there were high hurdles for first-time users. I won't be visiting again unless the mattress is improved. I think it should be improved.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
