Location very good. Walking distance to salak tinggi erl. More less 800m. Lots of restaurants, laundry and mosque. Room is decent size but need a lots of improvement. Lots of mold stain in the bathroom, room ceiling and the ac need major cleaning. I stayed one night to catch my flight the next early morning. Choosing this hotel just because of the location is walkable to erl. Save time and money to get grab to klia. Staff very helpful and friendly. Early chk in will be charge at rm10 per hour.

The shower was not working but the staff only felt necessary to tell me when I arrived. When I asked for a discount, I was told that the room was cheap enough. No, 80rm is not cheap for a wet room. The room was damp to the extent of unhealthy, and I am not picky. The staff in general was looking suspiciously at us when we left, as if we were going to take the remote control with us... weird place.

All i can say is that their hotel is so smelly... And that staff don't even check rooms.. Gosh only the location is good but the hotel not worth to stay. doesn't recommend in shortly not clean at all.

The hotel is located in Sepang at around 15 km far from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). The rooms are comfortable, simple, and clean. The staff is very kind and available to help, as regards looking for a place to dine out or a taxi service to take you to Kuala Lumpur or the airport. Last but not least, the hotel is close to many convenience stores (e.g. 7-Eleven) if you need to buy something to eat or drink. The place is worth the price, undoubtedly.

The bed still got short hair like the bed sheet didn’t wash! The table those got many dust which can see obviously! It is so dirty. The mirror is dirty too with hand print! When we go in to the toilet the floor are wet like got people us before! And here do not have lift have to go up by staircase!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
