The location of this hotel is not convenient. It is a good 15 minute walk from the station, but the hotel does offer a shuttle. The rooms are small, but clean. I could not open my luggage fully if the bag was on the ground. There is no tub only a shower that is directly in the room so the room gets humid. They only provide one pillow per person and one towel. They do charge for additional towels. The staff were polite.

Two buildings, one for Front (checkin/out/restaurant) and another for Room. Location is not so good even though they provide shuttle bus service from/to Osaka Station. The price is always reasonable which is the best thing about this hotel as this is a training hotel. The room, shower (no bath tab), amenity are all fine. But, from my experiences, the service needs to be much better with more attention, all the staffs were non-Japanese and very friendly but seems to be lacking confirmation, care and attention. I faced too many troubles (my booking confirmed via phone was not booked, the card key did not work, the man in the front forgot to charge me and I was forced to go back to front to make a payment). Lack of staff education and training can be clearly noticed.

We stayed only for one night but it was good option, just 10-12 mins away from train station.

Bit of a strange experience... Staff dont speak much English which we were surprised at being a business focused hotel. Although they do try hard and persevere so they are helpful. Rooms are fine and functional, although the toilet barely has any legroom to stand up in so if you're over 6 foot like I am it's a bit of a struggle. The spa is really good. A warm pool, hot pool and sauna with Japanese showers. (You have to be naked as in all Japanese baths). Times are different for men and women so you have to do it at different times in the day which is a bit annoying. They also run a shuttle bus to Osaka station which is really useful if you're going to the station to get out of osaka a lot or go into central Osaka. The location of the hotel isn't great for nightlife or restaurants but is good if you're going to Universal Studios (40 minutes door to door).
