Location : nearby bts , walking distance 5min great access to walk. Service : underrated , unless you request it However, this hotel needs really heavy maintenance of the facility and cleaning of rooms. Rooms : As many reviews have already been mentioned here, and probably nothing has changed so far. Very old, mouldy, and a few things broken as you can see picture/video. Well, it's a very cheap hotel but 500-700baht a night , i have seen many things better rather than this. Bed is ok - just for sleep! Just keep the air conditioning on for 24h 😅 ! TV does not work . Wifi is ok !!! Somehow, i got that smell from somewhere that someone was smoking nearby, and it always comes inside the room 🤮 In the lobby, have a few snacks and drinks to buy Do they have a cleaning lady ? What does she do all day ?? 🤔 😅 How about the manager of this place? I am not sure if those exist! Reason of stay: I do not expect too much as i am for work/ business for a few days . So, I need to be nearby just a place to sleep.

Stay away from this place. Specifically from the ground level rooms. I had booked a room based on web pictures, not expensive but could not stay for a minute in there. Nothing like the picture. On top of that Strong mold smell, dirty walls and air fair full of dust. Scary bathroom, for real. AC doing weirdest trembling noise. I think i pick up the wrong room. I left and booked somewhere else on the spot. I am not a difficult person but could not take it.

I booked there based on the photos they show on the website but are fakes, from a different hotel, that's for sure. Smelly and very small room, disgusting toilet, totally different atmosphere than the photos they post. Receptionist laughed when I asked about the room I originally booked and tells me that it was still occupied until another 2 days more and anyway, for the price I paid (590B) cannot expect a 5 start hotel. Hole not recommend at all

Stayed here for 7 nights. I know this is a budget hotel but they could have at least maintain the pest in the hotel. There were some cockroach in the room and also a rat. My door knob is also broken so everytime I’ll go in my room the receptionist always help me to open it. But the staffs are really helpful and nice though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
