This is an adorable boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast is included with your stay. It’s near a ton of food stalls and restaurants so I completely enjoyed my stay. The rooms are modern and very clean. A plus all around. I even left, missed my flight and was allowed to return and finish out my stay without any extra fees even though my room had already been serviced and cleaned. I would recommend this hotel to anyone single or many. It’s a tiny bit loud as you can hear doors closing during busy hours but only then. Literally the only draw back. I loved my stay! It took about 15 minutes give or take to get to the airport from this location.

Such a wonderful gem in South Jakarta, location is great near to coffee shop, restaurant, bar and plenty of supermarket. Room is super comfy and the bed is very comfortable. Amazing staff that will great you 24/7. The hotel overall it’s great place to relax or doing remote work.

Location is not too far from train station, a lot of foods around, mini market. Room was designed good, but there is no small table to put your stuffs. Water pressure for shower was awesome, water heater worked really good, drainage worked well, the only big problem was the shower box did not install properly so water will be everywhere outside the shower box. If you booked do not take the one facing the streets eventho it's the biggest room, it's kinda noisy cause of the traffic. Breakfast was decent, would recommend take the American and continental since the Asian b'fast has no flavor. Would def come back for my next stay

The room is huge, fancy and minimalist style, the bathroom is clean and full of amenities. They served breakfast by alacarte which can send at room. Coz the lobby isn't that big. The location is easy to find. Its about 10-15 minutes to Gandaria City Mall.

The hotel room is nice but however this hotel don’t desserve so high ratings. No hairdryer inside the room, Wifi for the guest not working ( have to use the office wifi ), No extra pillow as well. HOW CAN A HOTEL HAVE NO EXTRA PILLOW FOR THE GUEST ! this is so ridiculous. Really no idea where is all the high rating come from.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
