Had a the most amazing stay with Rotana in a beautiful Ocean Villa. Everything was perfect for a beach holiday. The beach has the finest white sand and crystal clear water. With full time Lifesavers on patrol all day. The buffet breakfast was a feast from every country. The staff are all very attentive and very helpful with my coffee preferences. The service is on point for being waited on with out having to always ask. My Villa Butlers Ibriham and Helen were so professional and courteous at all times. They always made me feel welcomed and very well cared for our entire stay. The staff in the Rotana Club, Tin and her staff would always welcome me with a generous smile serving delicious delights and drinks on the terrace overlooking the stunning resort. I would have to say this is by far the best resort I have had the pleasure in staying with. I’m from Canberra Australia.

We came for the Christmas brunch. This was our second time now and we’re absolutely not regretting it. The food was amazing. Sea food, steaks, and so much more. The service was top notch as usual. The manager came to our table and welcomed us with a glass of champagne. If you want to experience great food at a high end place, this is the place to go. Highly recommended

I just had the best booking experience ever - and I've booked jundreds of rooms in my life. Ali could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We were looking for a last minute getaway and he took the time to check all options for the lowest rate he cold possibly give us. That is excellent customer service! So now, even more arriving I have an excellent impression.

I recently stayed at a Saadiyat Rotana hotel, and the experience was delightful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was cozy with a picturesque view, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The accommodations were comfortable, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful especially KOMLAN, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
