A good place for sure. The owners are all yemeni and friendly. The internet was not working, the elevators malfunction. Overall The apartments are good for family.

Literally the worst experience I have when it comes to booking for a place to stay. No where does it state that the room booking is shared with another guest in an apartment. Description states have pool but have to pay extra. Parking also need payment. Avoid this place at all cost. Don't make the same mistake I made.

The apartment is in a great location...5 minute walk to Petronas Towers, 15 minute walk to KL Tower and 20 minute walk to the food street. I must admit that when I booked I had not understood that the living area was shared with another room, but I was lucky as I had nice neighbours! The room was clean and modern with a very comfortable bed. The only reason I have not given 4 out of 5 was the check in process. I whatsapped them from the airport advising I would be at the hotel for 9am and they were not there. I did not have data and the cost to call someone was extortionate on my plan so i had to log onto the Shagri-La wifi to contact them! I then had to wait 20 mins in the heat for them to arrive. They did manage to give me an early room which was a bonus, but I feel the check in process could be improved as, when you arrive at your hotel, you do not want to have to wait 20 mins in the sun to get in! All in all an enjoyable stay and I would return and recommend Saba Suites to friends. PS: the building is cylindrical so not all the views are the same!

The apartment and the toilet were filthy. I have checked out the same day. The only clean thing (at least) was the bed. I recommend not to go there. It's a pity as the area is convenient.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
