We love this hotel. It's located at Navy Pier which give you access to nearly everything you need. Chicago is such a beautiful city to live in and when you need a getaway to enjoy it..... The Sable is the place to stay at. Great view Great service! who could possibly ask for more. Just because we live here doesn't mean that we can't have a great getaway right here in our wonderful city!

From the moment we checked in, Ryan's hospitality was outstanding. He greeted us warmly, expressing gratitude for choosing their hotel through the American Express Hotel Collection Stay Reservation. Ryan's attention to detail was remarkable. Not only did he offer assistance and encourage us to reach out if we needed anything, but he also took the time to explain the nuances of the food and beverage credit, ensuring we could maximize its benefits. His acknowledgment of my Gold member status was a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued. What set Ryan apart was his unwavering dedication to making our stay memorable. This is a really pretty hotel. There is a bit of a nautical theme going on. The room itself is beautiful, the view is stunning. In my opinion you don’t need a corner room.. we saw plenty of the lake and plenty of the skyline from our room. We stayed a week day during winter so there was no fireworks, boats of course weren’t out, no live music or much going on on the pier. Ferris wheel wasn’t going either. We would love to come back during on season when everything is happening and can walk to the beach! Besides the great view, we loved the bathroom. Super fancy and the soaps smelled amazing. Staff was friendly and we loved how there was a skywalk from hotel to parking deck (which this was probably the nicest parking deck we have experienced in Chicago.. heated, well lit, clean), to Children’s Museum (which we enjoyed with our 2 little boys), to the food and shops and all of the fun. You never had to actually go outside unless you wanted to!

I booked this last minute because it was attached to the venue I was going to see an event at. I'm so glad I did. Amazing views, so comfy, up to date rooms, convenient walk to the pier for food options. Every single employee I interacted with was kind and polite. Most even having discussions with me and making sure everything was great with my stay. Would 1000% recommend this hotel

Beautiful hotel with great service and luxurious rooms. The beds are standard Hilton mattresses…more comfortable than most other hotels. The finishes are chic with inviting decor. The location is prime. Easy inside or outside walking to a range of shops and restaurants on navy pier. This is a perfect place to stay when you’re visiting the Children’s Hospitals or if you’re catching a show at the Avon Grand Ballroom.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
