First I'll start with the room clean; I'll say that it's not too good clean and there is a lot of different bad smells in the room. Then about the service was not as expected as it's a 4 stars hotel but the service was slow and bad also the bathroom equipment's such as toothpaste and toothbrush was not available and it's provided by the hotel and anything you request such as a clothes iron, they take too much time to bring it to your room!!! In the end, about the location their is no parking in the hotel and no available parking near the hotel so you have to give the car to valet or you need to park your car far away of the hotel and walk back.

The service provided by the staff was excellent. They are very welcoming and will tend to your every need. The location is ideal, as you have everything you need within walking or driving distance. Unfortunately the hotel and decor is dated and definitely needs renovating. The breakfast isn't the best I have had but is OK. The staff are brilliant and a real asset to the the hotel.

Worst experience. Poor management Pathetic house keeping No response from concerned quarters if u have some issue Breakfast and dinner not good.No variety.Cooking substandard Wifi very weak AC of room not working properly and despite asking them no one came to adjust it I will never recommend it to others.its really not 4 star rather 1 star.

First Abu Ahmad second Abu Abdullah third Abu Omer then um na al I give them 💯 percent the way they treat people you won't find it anywhere very respectful and helpful and honest. Then the Receptionist duaa and Anas and Abdullah are the best 👌 then the rest are helpful. Then the Chef Ahmad very good person. And Farooq very good and honest person. If you want to make wedding Ask for Farooq. I CHECK IN 11/2/2023 I CHECKED OUT 12/02/2023 I REALLY DON'T WANT TO LEAVE I CAME FROM USA. I LOVE IT SADEEN HOTEL IS THE PLACE TO BE AT. I PROMISE YOU WON'T BE REGRET IT THEY HAVE GYM SWIMMING POOL AND MORE.THERE IS NO ONE THAT I CAN SAY BAD. THEY ALL LOVELY AND FRIENDLY. THEY HAVE VALET PARKING. THEY CAN PARK YOUR CAR 🚗. JUST PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GIVE THEM TIP$ 🙏 . AND I WANT TO THANK SUPERVISORS. I was treated like I'm home I recommend this place specially none Arabic.THEY Treat people equal. THANKS AGAIN

The hotel was way above my expectations. It was very secure and safe. However sometimes there are weddings which are very noisy until midnight and internet speed and quality is terrible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
