The staff is awesome at Sarm Siemreap Hotel! We were picked up at the airport and was a very smooth experience, the driver was friendly, made conversation, and even made recommendations on places to eat. Check in was a smooth process and our room was clean and ready. We hadn't booked anything for the next day except for our Angkor-Wat passes and the hotel staff was able to set us up with their in-house Tuk Tuk tour seamlessly. Our driver for the tour was great and we were able to enjoy everything the area had to offer. They provided unlimited cold water on a hot day and the ride was smooth. We also decided to the next day as well for a sunrise tour with the same driver and he was great! They have multiple options for tours which vary with length and comfort at decent prices. Our breakfast was included and it was a large variety and fresh and the option to eat outside near the pool is a great bonus. The pool area is kept very clean and I saw them cleaning the area multiple times a day to keep it that way. The pool side service was great and the cocktails were decently priced. Room Service was good and with a large variety. The bed was huge and decently comfy and air conditioning worked well. The balcony was a good size, although having a corner room put us a little close to the walkway to cross to the other side, so we kept the curtains closed most of the time while in the room except when using it. The staff was super accommodating and helped us at every turn including late check-out due to a later flight. This hotel is definitely worth it, and at a great price point, definitely would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Most importantly the staff and service is amazing. They helped us with all tour options and odd times depending on our time requirements, even arranged customised drop for airport based on our plans. Whatever itinerary we made. They could make it happen.. Special mention to Pat who ensured we had amazing lunch and also helped us create the best itinerary...

Staff are lovely. Room service meals could improve. Ours was cold. If these meals were better we would stay in and eat. Pool is fantastic and clean. Good location away from crazy pub street and noise. Highly recommend a stay here. Best restaurants to try:: Korko 1979 restaurant near hotel and Chanrey Tree near crazy town.
