Very cheap and a cost-effective no-frills choice if you just need a place to stay on a budget. But just be aware you get what you pay for. The room is pretty small. We had mosquitos in the room the entire stay (not sure where they came in from). The room itself is pretty clean, although the hallways would occasionally smell like cigarette smoke. Location is pretty good - within a block of some of the main parts of Insadong, which in itself is close to many tourist attractions, and a close walk to public transit. Front desk was very helpful.

Room provides what traveler need most a bed and shower. If you want all the other fancy amenities go somewhere else. Close to anguk and jongak Station. Also you're in Insadong and close to both palaces. This place is all you need.

This place is really dingy. The smell of mildew is immediately evident upon entering the room. The juice boxes in the mini fridge, however, are a nice touch. The blankets are a bit too thin and there are no shower curtains. When you check out and ask them to store your luggage, they store it in one of the empty hotel rooms and they don't give you a receipt/tag/number. If you are looking for a nice place, this is not it.

I had a great 5 night stay here in Seoul. The location is perfect, the room is very clean and the wifi is good. Staff were friendly and the price was fair. The room was spacious enough and could leave the windows open for a nice breeze. I will definitely stay again when I'm back in Seoul.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
