I had a good experience at the apartment complex. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was neat and well kept, very spacious and ambient. The tub tho was kinda flimsy and seemed like it'd cave. But other than that, i enjoyed the place. The view is immaculate and the environment is quiet and serene. 8/10 would definitely recommend.

The rooms are nice for the price, with a bit extra thought put into colors and details. But the best thing was that when there was a birthday party next to my room so I couldn't sleep, they transferred me to a suite with no extra cost! 😃😍 I was teary-eyed with gratitude... I so much needed that sleep on that day!

-A RAT fell in my room at night, it was killed the next day after multiple complains all night. The room given for the night had cum stained bedding. We went back and 'stayed' with the rat. Rooftop is rat infested, you hear them running around in the ceiling. -Parking is NOT FREE! there is a daily fee from city council..getting parking space is a headache, sometimes people park behind you and disappear for hours and the only way out is waiting until they return. -TOO NOISY!! loud partying noise guaranteed all night at least 3 times a week. Noise spills to corridors with people shouting..owners involved in parties so good luck with getting the noise issue sorted. -Shower and WiFi working on and off.. Horrible stay, moved out earlier than planned because it became unbearable. Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy

The place is great, the host serving us was patient with me despite having taking her round the whole place. It was kinda hard to locate the place since there's no signage around, but next to Equity bank it'd there. There are 3 room types, a single self contained room, a studio apartment and a one bedroom apartment, their pricds are friendly, between 2000-3500 a night.

The positives: - The location The Negatives: - Slow internet. - Terrible customer service, the receptions Nora doesn’t deal well with complaints about the internet, she does not also care if you stay for a night or 10 nights or if you have 1 room or more than that. - Staff hangs out in the corridor with their friends making noises late into the night, some nights they even drink and talk very laud. Its better to avoid this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
