The hotel staff was wonderful and I had a great stay during my week in Baku. It has a nice location near the Caspian Sea with nice rooms with excellent views of the city. The staff was efficient and helpful. They learned my name and greeted me each morning. The hotel breakfast buffet was large with a huge variety of food - all very tasty. My room was clean and comfortable. I would gladly recommend the Sahil Hotel Baku to everyone - my stay was enjoyable and pleasant.

Location of the hotel was good, but the rooms are too bad, it was too hot inside and asked to switch off the heater.. but after few minutes it again switched on automatically, maybe an issue with the heater..

Over priced Not at all a 4 star hotel Far from tourist attraction so we thought a peaceful area not at all a narrow road to hotel and lots of traffic Pictures shown in agoda and booking are fake not matching to real look windows are dirty now view No parking area we need to park in roadside , when we park security asking money for taking care of our car , if u say a 3 star and price around 30usd then its a good one but this one Quality of pillows and blankets are poor Not recommended!!

Nice location, decent buffet and quiet,but was not as I expected. Carpet not clean. If you want to go on tour to Guba, driver’s will try there best to rip you off and scam you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
