We had a great 4 day stay here in a premium villa. The grounds are lush and tropical and well maintained. The beach is private and shared with the next door hotel, but didn’t use much due to the rocky shallows. Some chairs on the beach would’ve been nice! The staff are amazing and always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond, especially with our requests for Gluten Free food. We found the food at the restaurant to be excellent quality, and better than surrounding restaurants. The breakfast buffet was yummy and great way to start our day. Given that the resort is next to the ocean, some parts of the resort are showing their age. Pool has some visible damage, and the villas have some normal wear and tear. Location is a bit isolated but only a few minutes walk to 7-11 and maybe 15 mins walk to Choengmon Beach. The scooter rental place right outside the hotel is great, and the man who runs it is very friendly. Scooter rentals for the day varies between 200-400baht per day. All in all, we loved our stay and found it to be good value for money.

Super tasty breakfast, luxurious deluxe room with pool, superb view from the restaurant. Beach is not the best, and we didn't swim due to rocks. If they fix that, it's gonna be a dream place! They give you an app for chat communication and various other things, really nice! Some really good price worthy restaurants are found around 7 eleven, which is a 10 min walk away from the hotel. One piece of advice: Do not leave food in a room or outside on your porch. You will get ants! Just call them if you do.

So far the hotel is fabulous. Staff are all amazing. Room fantastic. Barman Nein is lovely. Updates to follow. There must be a big well done to the gardener's what a fabulous job they do. Tei and Pan are just wonderful, a big thank you for being looked after so well. The reception staff again are all beautiful and so helpful.

Beautiful and quiet hotel. We stayed in the bungalow closest to the sea (rightmost), and it has its own private pool, garden and deck chairs. The room was huge! The restaurant and pool are perfect, and the sea water is crystal clear... It's just that the sand is very coarse, and you need sandals or or use the provided booties to walk on. The service was great! I felt welcomed, and the staff were always helpful. There's even a security guard stationed just outside our room at the seaside (a series throw from our pool and deck chairs) dinner that's the edge of the hotel. The sky was really clear (end of June), and it was dark enough at night that I could capture the Milky Way with just my phone camera (on a mini tripod).

A really beautiful hotel and the reception staff are fantastic. We were disappointed by the lack of service at breakfast and by the pool, hence the lower rating. It was really slow and we ended up saying something as it was frustrating. Also, despite Bean & Co menus being out, it never seemed to be open, so slim (and expensive) pickings if you want to dine at the hotel. The room was lovely and they made a special effort to acknowledge our honeymoon (even if the card had other people’s names on!) and my husband’s birthday. Gorgeous beach to wonder on and paddle off. Location-wise, it’s just outside Choengmon and was lovely and quiet, and seems to be a good spot for other places on the island. Taxis were expensive by Thailand standards to get around but perhaps this is an island thing. However, Grab works and was especially useful for getting back to the hotel. Surprising number of children and due to lack of activities, they spent chunks of the day in the pool. I wouldn’t say a particularly kid-friendly hotel but could be with a couple of extra activities.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
