A brief one-night stay here, but wish it could've been longer! We loved the modern villa. We stayed here before our flight back as it was closer to the airport compared to New World and we weren't disappointed. It was very busy when we arrived to check-in so we headed for some food at the restaurant. The lobby and main pool aren't as big as other resorts, but does the job. Kids loved the koi ponds and the parrot near the main pool. The villas were spacious, clean and modern. Loved the design of the sunken lounge and the private pool was lush! Fantastic for a morning swim. It came with all the amenities - kitchen, laundry. The food was decent and the Sailing Club's Beach Club is a short bus ride away. Thanks for letting us stay! This trip at the Sailing Club Resort was perfect in itself. Even before I came here, everything was already prepared by communicating with an employee named Tran. Last fall, my brother stayed here and recommended this place to me. And I found out that my choice was right. I would like to strongly recommend this place to other travelers who have never visited this place where all the conditions were the best!

The staff were very friendly and the room was in good condition. Above all, the outdoor swimming pool was well managed, so my child was playing all day and there was no worry. My child loved it so much that I decided to come back next time.

Pros - the resort was beautiful and the staff were really nice. - Dinner time fire show entertainment is amazing. - the breakfast Buffy was done very well and the food was delicious. - Private beach is really nice and clean and very family friendly. - Private pool in Villa was amazing for people that enjoy some private swim time. Cons - Villa not properly cleaned, we went to the beach the first night, I noticed the bed sheets weren't being vacuumed because I can still feel sand. - no vacuuming was done as I can still see hair on the floor. - the shampoo, conditioner and body gel bottles weren't being refilled. - we wished that the staff were abit more informational and provided recommendations on places to go around phu qouc given its our first time. - The private car service is over priced so would recommend using taxi and grab if they are around. - Spa service was quite pricy. -outdoor seating at night, there are lots of mosquitoes so ask for insect repellent.

Had a great time here at the signature sailing club. Villa was beautiful and spacious with our own private pool. Service was great and will come back again in the future. Special thanks to Tran and Phap for the outstanding service they provided during our stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
