        Beautiful hotel right in the city center!!! Was a close walk away from all the important sights and a quick walk from the beach. Clean rooms and the staff was very caring. Our room had a beautiful view of the street. We checked in at around 1 am and the staff was more than happy to help us. Definitely recommend to anyone.

        Location of the hotel was great. Next to the train station, and still central. The front desk service was also A+. Friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were okay. Very small, not much space of luggage. The room had aircondition which was much needed. The room was a bit dusty. The rooms are not sound proof as their website suggests.

        We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The location by itself is super good, but the neighbourhood is not good at all. If you are a woman and you are planning to travel alone, at night after get dark is not going to be really comfortable for you! The internet is TRASH! We were at room number 215! We have to go always to the lobby and stay there in case we want to use the wi-fi of the hotel, because the room is far away from the reception. ( when you go there and you see how is the building structured, you will understand me ). The customer service of the guys on the reception is not good at all. When somebody have a issue with his room ( for example: multiple times the electricity stopped for some reason. ) they never pay attention how it should be. Each night the person on the reception is different so i don’t know how even this people are educated in case of emergency or a problem at the hotel. ( maybe that’s why non of them don’t know how to fix the electricity problem). By the way, if you are like us: you just want to use the hotel for sleeping and taking a shower, maybe this is a good option for you. We where outside of the room most of the time, so for us that was a good option, but for sure i would not go back! Yes, the price is good, but at the end of the day…. If you don’t have internet and good customer service, what’s the point?

        Location is good, close to the train station. Wifi is very hit or miss, there is hardly ever a stable connection. Room is ok, walls are thin, so you can hear every time your room neighbour opens and closes their door.

        I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone. The hotel is tired and run down. The photographs are very misleading and must show the only half decent room. The rooms are tiny. You can barely get in and out of the shower. The bed hits the wall at multiple points. The walls are thin. The bathroom has no privacy in our room and you can hear everything. We can hear other customers talking, coughing and sneezing from our hotel room. Breakfast is generic machines and packaged food - nothing local or made by the hotel. The breakfast staff are curt and not friendly. The location is close to a station but in a dodgy, run down part of town and takes 20 mins to walk to the beach and old town. There’s no lock on the bathroom door. There’s no tissues in the room and barely any toiletries provided.
