        It is old but still sonewhat properly maintained hotel. The main selling point if this hotel is the cheap price especially if you go by the hourly rate. The other thing I like with this place is that it tucked inside a residential area so things are really private and diacreet but walking distance to a mall and several shops and restaurants.

        I think they missed to clean or check the toilet room. There's used toothpaste and used glasses. But the room is great. I had a good sleep. Will come back again.

        Great place to stay! Clean and comfy, I can't find anything to complain about other than no elevator. Front desk and staff were super friendly and helpful. They have a ton of DVD's you can borrow to watch in your room. All in all it's a good place to stay. Will definitely return.

The other thing I like with this place is that it tucked inside a residential area so things are really private and diacreet but walking distance to a mall and several shops and restaurants.

        Very clean room nice location close to restaurants, hotels, Mall, Market, etc. Only the service you need to wait little bit upon checking in they ask ID and photo copy it then you need to deposit first it's refundable upon checking out. No free drinking water.

        Love the place. Very secure, love the available hot water for the shower and the AC works perfectly. Really suitable for out-of-town business people who wanted to have a good night sleep after experiencing the metro traffic for the day. One thing I hate though is when they had asked me for the DVD disk they said that I had borrowed but I did not. Other than that, everything was perfect.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
