I am Vietnamese, I am lucky to have a receptionist who speaks Vietnamese here, the view from the room is very beautiful, the bathroom and toilet are very comfortable, the bed is large and very comfortable.🇻🇳 có xe buýt hỗ trợ đi UNIVERSAL và buffet 🙌

Among the characteristics of Japanese hotels, there are no bottled water in the room, but there are two bottles each. It is a little far from the main street, so it is slightly less accessible, but if you go down underground, there is a convenience store, so it is easy to get what you need if you move a little. The breakfast buffet is just basic.

It's a really beautiful hotel, and we were able to add 2 futons to our room for our kids. The whole area seems a bit deserted, but we were there during the new year holiday, so that might have been the reason. There is a convenience store just under the hotel, which is quite useful. The room was too hot, and though we could turn the heater function on the AC off, we couldn't change it to cool air, or just regular ventilation. We had to open the door to vent the room The breakfast was ok. The Japanese selection was good and varied. They also had some western foods, but they weren't as good (except for the croissants, they were pretty darn good!) The view from our room was great, and the price of the room with breakfast was very good. All in all, considering the price and time of year, it was an ok experience.

This hotel really went above my expectations with an excellent customer service. The reception and cleaning service were both 5 stars. The rooms were very comfortable and with a nice design. Even if for me was just quarantine time, I did enjoy my stay and I felt home here at Sakishima Cosmo Tower. Special thanks to the manager and the receptionists who helped me to solve an important personal issue, their help and great communicational skills really made me understand how this hotel cares about customers and how professional they are. 2 stars for location. Hotel was a modern dissapointment. Noveau riche, very chintzy design which would appeal to chinese taste (gold tigers, black fake marble). Room was badly designed (mostly dead space) sparse and basic. No chair, no suitcase rack, 1 pillow. The reception was condescending and cold. Breakfast was good but stingy. Coffee awful and "juice" colored sugar drinks like cool aid. Location was next to the art trade center. The only good thing.
