We had a great stay in this hotel. The female staff from the desk is friendly and accommodated us well. The room is clean and has modern features. We are 7 in our group and the room is enough for everyone. We love the bunked bed for our teeneagers. It’s also located in a quiet neighborhood. We’ll be more than happy to book in this hotel in the future.

Rooms were spic and span, check in was easy. The beds were very very comfortable, shower was large, and checkout was easy. Just not as close to stations as other spots But still loved it!

Near to metro stations that connect all Tokyo and around. Large room for family of 6 adults. Lots of towels and nice bathroom.

We were very disappointed with our stay Sakura Cross Kayabacho and will not recommend this hotel if you are travelling with kids or many luggage. ======= Location ======= The location is average. There are better hotel locations considering the other factors. ========= Cleanness ========= Very clean. ======================= Amenity / Size of the Room ======================= The front entrance is very small very difficult to get through with luggage. We stayed in the ground floor family room. The size of the room is smaller than we expected. If you have the suitcase out, it’s difficult to walk. There are 3 washbasin which is great but there is no bath tub. The aircon was dripping water. There are three beds. The bed facing the aircon is cold. But the bunker bed and the bed on the other side is very hot. ======= Service ======= Frankly, there is no service. We only stayed 2 nights and so there is no room service. The hotel is so small, you cannot storage luggage with them. And the day we checked out, it was pouring down with rain. We asked if the staff can help us to get a taxi and got refused. Very disappointed!! Overall, we will not recommend this hotel if you have kids or lots of luggage.

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was such a pleasant trip. The room is spacious (we have a family of 6) and the hotel is quite convenient. There are quite a few stations around and only 2 stations away from the fish market and 3 stations away from Ginza. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Tokyo next year!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
