We got an amazing deal for this hotel and enjoyed every minute of our 5-night stay. We were sad to leave by the end because the whole experience had been so relaxing and convenient. The location is great, rooms are big (for Japan), and the free drinks, massage chairs and public baths are an extra perk for any weary traveller. After walking 25,000+ steps 3 days in a row around the city, my back was killing me. But, after some time in the public bath and much needed rest in my room, I felt better instantly. The rooms can get a strange smell when the provided air purifiers are not turned on, but it’s not much different than needing to open up a window in your own home from time to time. We had access to a lovely terrace and refreshed the air often with no problem. Also, try the breakfast! It is so good and worth the price.

Almost perfect except for a few small things. Pros - Amazing breakfast - Decent room with balcony - Free laundry - Massage chairs are surprisingly good - Free drink is great - The evening restaurant is great and amazing value. - Free tea and coffee but in the freezing cold unless you go to the other wing. Cons - The room could smell a bit weird but you got used to it. - The whole open outside architecture doesn't work when it's freezing outside. - The room could get quite cold when the heating wasn't on. - Room cleaning didn't do a very good job

We really liked this hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of power outlets. The free drink every night was a good plus. Being so close to the train station was a huge bonus. It made travelling throughout the city a pretty easy thing to do.

I’m honestly shocked at the amount of positive reviews this place gets. We initially decided to book this place looking at other’s reviews about the amenities and cleanliness of the hotel. From the moment we walked into our room (1329) we could smell a thick musty scent. The bathroom smelled like urine and had small bugs crawling out from the edges of the tub when you showered. When we asked the front desk to switch our room, we were coldly told that there was no other rooms available. When we explained that we were not able to shower, we were told to use the public bath in the next building over. It’s sad how little they care about you. Don’t be fooled by the free drinks and nice looking lobby. I wish some of that went to the actual maintenance of the rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
