I loved my stay here, this place is great in all aspects. From the welcoming smile of the receptionists (and everyone here actually) to the attention to details in cleaning the rooms. Breakfast was very good and the service over the breakfast buffet makes it more like a 5 star hotel. People would help without even asking. The infinity pool is also another thing we loved, maybe we were lucky but it was almost empty, the view was nice and the price of drinks was like buying from any Cafe. Again, the staff is just warm hearted and made the experience just awesome. It isn't the best location, but you can always go the tourist spots by grab or bike rentals.

Rooms were pretty standard. Bed was too soft for me but its a personal preference. One outstanding thing to mention here are the hotel staffs, especially Hazel. She is really friendly and helpful. She really made a big difference to our stay in Danang. Can't thank her enough. Thank you Hazel for your superb service and recommendations. 😘

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The property offered great value for money with excellent facilities, clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was also perfect, right by the beach. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The facilities were top notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Sala Danang is luxury in one word. The hotel, rooms and the facilities are excellent. The breakfast menu is fantastic. The location of this place is also great in terms of beach and also nearby cafés. One thing which could help the tourists and could be better is the customer help desk. In terms of arranging tours and cab, there is no issue at all but the payment for the same needs to be done in cash. We were heavily dependent on credit card during our visit and the cab prices and all even though were booked via the hotel only, we had the pay cash to the recipient which was an issue for us.

We had wonderful time at this hotel. Arriving at the Christmas Eve, we decided to book for the Christmas Eve dinner organized by the hotel for the guests. It was fun to see how local people celebrate the festivity 😃 the room was great, equipped with comfy queen size bed, small chairs and table, as well as mini bar. The shower works fine. But you need to watch out for the water comes out of the cabin as the glass cabin didn’t have rubber seal onthe lower side hence the water runs out of the cabin every time you take shower. Hotel provides plenty of choices for breakfast, from local dishes to western food. The hotel is also equipped with gym room and spa. Roof top bar is also very nice where you can also go for swim at the swimming pool located next to the bar. During our stay the hotel also provide afternoon tea with some sweet bites from 2-5pm as complementary to guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
