Despite the hotel's proximity to the airport, the way the roads flow makes it a 15 to 20 minute taxi ride. The hotel front-desk was able to arrange a taxi to/from the airport and to/from the city at much better rates than I could find. All staff were pleasant and VERY helpful, notably Aisha at front desk. The building was very clean; all room amenities were in good order. The hotel is in a quiet, quaint rural area and the were a few restaurants nearby that were basic but had excellent food. The closest ATM was a 7-minute walk down the road to a service station. The local 7-11 had beer and other convenience items and could be reached by a 4 to 5 minute walk. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Kuala Lumpur. They, in my opinion,represent good value.

My friend and I initially booked this hotel because it was near an event place we were planning to go. Although the location is far from the center of KL (almost an hour away), I honestly did not mind it. There are a couple of places to eat in, plus it's near Nilai -- another part of KL you might want to check out. But airport-wise, I say this hotel is perfect because it's like 15mins away from the airport so if you want a hotel near KLIA, this is it. They have cold and hot shower, the wifi is great - I was able to work - and the staff are nice and friendly. They have a hotel cat.. or so it seems. I mean the cat guards the door so I assumed it worked there :D haha

For me , it is a good location as it is located in village area with less traffic distraction, but quite hard to find food near the hotel. Hair dryer provided but no both toothpaste and toothbrush. The only thing that disappoint me is that the aircon is not cool enough even at full fan speed and lowest temperature setting, it took so long to cool the room, hope the hotel improve on it. Overall, just fine for one night stay.

Stayed here for 1 night to attend a wedding at Arulmigu Sri Maha Mariaman temple (10mins away). This hotel is also 15-20mins away from Salak Tinggi station. Got burger stall outside at night. Snacks sold at reception area too. To iron, you've to go to the ground floor. Ample parking within its vicinity. Room was equipped with TV, hair dryer, mini soap, towels, mineral water. Room was clean, dim, bed & pillows were comfy. Bathroom was quite spacious & clean. Only downside was it had no full body mirror.

Fantastic hotel. Clean, well maintained. I stayed in a twin room with my mum and was very impressed at the quality of furnishings and amenities. Floor has no carpet, which I LOVE because carpets are always dirt magnets. I wish hotels would stop using carpets. The decor is functional but comfortable. Beds are firm but clean. The room is sparkling clean, so I take respect and value this hotel staff and management. Airconditioning worked perfectly, and the reception staff, Ain was wonderful. Professional, warm, helpful staff. Hotel is in a great location. This hotel is excellent value for money and is a great layover for flying out KLIA the next morning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
