Quiet and beautiful place. Great for a quiet retreat with good food and services. The location is rather remote so having a vehicle is a must, as getting to the populated parts of the island is almost an hour drive. This does mean it is great if you want a place to tune out the hustle and bustle. It is situated in a bay so you don't get waves or a beach. Waters are calm with the occasional fishing boat and yacht going by. Rooms are good, clean, with a variety of options for different families. Only complaint might be that in some rooms you might need a stool to reach the water heater to change the temperature of the shower water. The resort itself has a restaurant that serves good fresh food. Breakfast is limited but not bad. The layout and design might make the place a bit unsafe for young children due to the lack of railings in many areas, so families with children should keep an eye on the younglings. Snorkeling tours are available with a boat ride that includes food aboard. It does take a bit for them to get to the snorkeling locations but it's well worth it. Just bring adequate sunscreen. Oh, and due to the aforementioned railing issues, take care when walking around at night.

Stayed at this resort and found the staff very friendly and helpful. They assisted in arranging a trip back to Pattaya. The seafood selection was impressive, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Rooms are renovated and comfortable. Just a heads up on taxi prices – paid 600B from the ferry, so be aware.

Clean, secluded, friendly hosts. But only the VIP rooms get a real sea view, the regular room I had could only see the sea for about 1/4of the window. But there is a whole back wall where the bathroom is that is facing the sea, but no window! I'm not saying put a giant window in the shower, but the room could have been rotated 90 degrees in the planning stage!

The food is the best sea food on Koh Chang. We drive all the way overe here every year to enjoy. The hotel is nice and so is the staff. We will be back soon!

We went for daytime refreshments. I thought it was overpriced and very hot. No air con for a Build design that really needed it

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
