I depend on reviews so here’s a detailed one for you to learn more. It’s a great hotel as it’s very new and clean and the family and staff are so kind and helpful. We really liked that it was away from everything. The tourist section is filled with kids and debauchery that we could live without. So complaints that’s it’s far from everything is funny. You can order a Grab taxi and they come instantly. I suggest you think of the $12 a day for the two round trip adventures as the price to pay for quiet and the price of the hotel is so much less it really works out. The breakfast is not a buffet which I welcome. It’s hot and made with you come down and it’s always better that way. We loved meeting the pet chicken birds and dog are all sweet. Most importantly the bed was good and shower hot. They have laundry services if you need them for very reasonable. Thank you for all your recommendations and kindness!

Great hotel in Ninh Binh center. Beautiful, calm, absolutely clean room, well equiped with amenities. Super friendly family, they woke up at 4 am for my Check in and prepared a personnalised breakfast. Nice mountains view. Highly recommended !

It is a nice, modern hotel in Ninh Binh. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is clean and offers a sufficient number of towels. It is a family hotel where the staff and owners are very pleasant and helpful. Staying at the hotel was a great experience. For breakfast we had a local specialty and very good coffee. If we visit Ninh Binh in the future, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

When it comes to this hotel, the service here is absolutely stellar. Every member of the staff is here to help with anything, motorbike rentals, suggestions on the best places to visit extra towels, home cooked meals, if you just want a friendly conversation they will sit with you and welcome it. The rooms are clean, if you come in late at night, they'll be waiting to open the door for you. They got laundry service which was much needed from our party of 7 and breakfast was great. Never been to Ninh Binh ever in my life but staying here at the Salina Hotel has truly enhanced my absolutely amazing experience here in this city. Had a better experience here than other 4 star hotels and the home away from home feeling is authentic. I felt very well taken care of in a place that is completely foreign to me and I'll be sure to return here on future visits. Highly recommended, the bang for the buck is just unmatched. Happy travels my friend.

We had stayed 2 more nights because it was so great here! We decided to recharge after a few hectic days in Hanoi and was so glad we did. The rooms are very clean (the building seems newer) and the service was 5 star. Easy to get a taxi to get to wherever needed, basically all over the area. Ninh Binh is such a beautiful place. I finally feel very rested :) thank you!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
