Lovely & clean space. Well-equipped gym & fab swimming pool (just Ksh. 500 per person), where you can spend an afternoon. They also have a Chinese restaurant right there too so it makes for a great date ;)

Salonika Villas is located nice quiet secure area of Nairobi city close to Valley Arcade and Lavington shopping centers. The management of the facility offers furnished accomodation for short-term and long-term rental. Within the secure private compound is a large swimming pool area, a modern well equipped gymnasium, a cosy coffee bar restaurant with inside and outside sitting areas, a saloon barber shop, and conference hall. A flower shop with display of amazing plants and a Gift shop with variety of beauty products for men and women is also located within the compound. Ample parking provided, and power backup generator.

i had a really bad experience at this solanika villas . one month prior my visit i had paid my five stay rental fee via Mpesa . The money was confirmed that it went Quincy solanika but it was shocking to find out on my arrival that Quincy was not part of the property owner . when i conducted the owner ..her name is Emma to help me track who is Quincy ,and why he is registered by the name Solanika .Emma was so rude and Authorized me to go to police ..... next things she did she went to the website and changed the phone that i had sent the money to a different one. For day i stayed there i was not offered any cleaning service as anyone else did .i reported the matter to the police to help out find quincy ( fraud ) but i had to pay afresh for my stay. it was very stress with a family of 9 people to go through this on xmas day ! Emma did not avail herself to the police to disclose who Quincy was ! she waited on the night before my departure to have me arrested The police looked in the matter that night and allowed me to proceed with my next trip the next day . hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else !! there was no customer care at that place !!! terrifying experience!! i wound recommend anyone .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
