We were happy with our stay. The check-in is all online. No keys are required, you are given access to unlock the doors through a website. There is no person at the front desk, however, the staff could be reached through WhatsApp. There is a small elevator, which was helpful for our luggage. The room was clean, but toilet seat and shower head attachment were broken. Staff said I can be compensated for this inconvenience. Room was quiet and comfortable otherwise.

I booked this B&B months in advanced, but when we showed up it barely existed. Apparently we were supposed to get an email with the check in and location details, but never received them. We ended up stranded for 3 hours. You can’t call the B&B because there is no front desk person and nobody will answer. The street address brought us to a street with only apartments and a mechanic shop. There were no signs for any B&B’s or businesses. Buyer beware!!

Nice location 30 minuets walk to coliseum 2 minutos from train station Many restaurants around Room not good though But for the money can’t really expect that much Bed had a 3 inch mattress!! No way and only a cover sheet No blanket No toiletries Shower very slow drain Closet had a terrible smell With a blanket or something in there with hair very gross No window drapes so the lights comes right in also can hear all the street noise Some guest are very disrespectful and come in late a night making a lot of noise kids running around Internet very poor Have to get out and be closed by the modem so you can get some decent signal Bottom line You get what you pay for The location is good cause is closed by the train also many buses run around like the 23 will get you right to the Vatican in 20 min so location was good

They gave me a different room than I ordered. A cheaper one, didn't give me the difference in money. Only accepts cash. No towel change in 6 nights. No toiletries, only toilet paper and two towels. Found two cockroaches..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
