Herrlich! One of our Top 3 hotels across the world. Comparable to and deserving of 5 stars due to the attention to detail and outstanding service with a family-run yet exceptionally professional approach from all staff. We also appreciated the down-to-earth atmosphere and inclusion of nature in every way, from the rooms to the restaurant and spa. Highly recommend the set menu dinner at the restaurant. Definitely the best spa we have experienced.

The best hotel that I ever visited! I stayed with my partner in a basic room (the most affordable room in the hotel, that is located in a annex around the hotel) and I dare to say that it’s the best room in the hotel, if you’re looking for a truly swiss stay this is the place! Salzano Hotel is located in the most perfect little town with the best views of the mountains that I ever seen. Waking up with that view was truly a lifetime experience! Plus the people are very welcoming and sweet, making sure everything was fine with our stay! If you want to wake up with peace and quiet I truly recommend the Salzano Hotel. You also can get to the city center of Interlaken in like 10 min by bus. Thank you so much Salzano Team for making my holidays like a dream, you were very hospitable, hope to visit you someday again!

Honestly I haven t been sleeping here, only dinning, but I had such a delicious experience ☺️. I like the dresses od the waitress, the tone of voice the bread and some entry we could try before main dish, the fact that we received recommendation, that they cook with a lot of local vegetables. There is a special menu for kids, plate with cartoons and animated glas with eco straw to drink with. Outside kids could enjoy some fresh grass, with slide, swing and others. Close to our table was something really romantic prepared with candles and flower petals. I was jealous 😁.

We had a really wonderful honeymoon stay at Salzano. Every person we interacted with was friendly - especially our waiter in the restaurant! Our dinner was delicious and breakfast was varied and a good start to the day. Rooms were clean and bright, beautiful view from the balcony, bathrooms renovated and immaculate. The spa was luxurious and relaxing. The bus stop into town is close and runs regularly. Only complaint is that there are quite a few flies. Thank you so much!

We had a great dinner here. The staff is very polite and professional, they really make the dinner a nice experience. The menù is made with fresh and high quality products. All dishes were well prepared and delicious.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
