2nd time to stay here. The fist time was few years ago and I was really amazed coz it's a good deal. The room was great(atleast for us. We're really not picky since we are looking for budget friendly) and the location is the best. Few steps from Sto. Nino Church and Magellan's Cross. McDo is just across the building. There's also 7-11 nearby. The 2nd was last weekend, they need improvements or atleast maintainance. Not all rooms have bidet and auto switch on aircon when you insert the key. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

I arrived late @ night on December 25th when i reached in hotel they said that my account is not showing in their email..i booked in Agoda and Agoda Provided me all the details confirmation and receipt.they refused it and said they did not receive my booking..i insist to recheck again the email as i started to communicate with agoda customer service.they said they are no longer connected with agoda and how come the Agoda accept my booking..after 1 hour of waiting they found the email of my booking in their company email.the staff is not aware of their company email not even checking it!so inconvenient..i have 1 kid with me..its my second time with them and i like the place coz its very accessible but so disappointed of my experience this time

I was so tired to request for shampoo but it was not provided in the room. Only the bath soaps were provided along with the bath towels.

The best value-for-money stay in Cebu City! The room was clean and comfortable! We were able to leave our luggage in the luggage room, even on the day we checked out! Would recommend 100 percent!! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
