It could be better. Air conditioner isn't cool..no water heater. Room design quite good, but little bit dirt. Location was perfect near everything. No netflix or tv cable, even tough I didn't expect much for this price. But for this price range there a lot of better option.

The location is actually quite good, but everything else was horrible. I had to wait forever for someone to show up at reception. It was nice that the receptionist spoke English, but she was extremely rude. There is poor cell signal on the property and Wi-Fi is needed. The problem is that the Wi-Fi is slow and constantly disconnects. This is definitely not the accommodations for a business traveler. The mattress was suitable, but the pillow were uncomfortable. It was pretty disgusting that the bedsheets were covered with all kinds of stains including blood stains. The AC barely worked in the room. The waiting area is small and had no AC. It does not appear to be handicap accessible. I'm not sure if you can request additional water bottles, but they are half the size of water bottles in other hotels. The bathroom shower head needs replacing and the AC area appears to be missing a cover. Overall, the residences are not well maintained. If you're use to a lower standard of living it might suffice.

Booking a deluxe double bed room on weekday, the room was 107. Alright so why it's 3 star 1. WIFI the most important thing nowadays, didn't work well in the room 2. AC wasn't cool enough 3. Room curtains couldn't close all of the window 4. The bathroom drainage was shown below The staffs were awesome friendly tho and the location is good cause near MRT

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
