I stayed at the Samsen and had a mixed experience. The central location made it convenient for commuting. However, my stay was marred by a blocked drain and cold water shower. The room's cleanliness fell short of expectations. On a positive note, the movie area seemed promising, but unfortunately, it was empty during my visit. Overall, a decent option if improvements are made.

Had the most wonderful 5 days here. Originally only booked for 3 days! That says a lot. Beautifully looked after. Pool was clean and well maintained. Had an incredible massage and amazingly got most of my mobility back in an arm that has been limited in it's movement for four months!!! Husband highly recommends the cocktails!🍹 🍸🍹.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the service was awesome and very fast. We had a problem with the bathroom upon arriving and they sent someone to fix it after hardly 2min of calling the reception. The staff was super nice and and welcoming. The hotel location is also convenient. There are plenty of good restaurants behind the hotel to choose from and a nearby 7eleven.

12 min walking from Khaosan Road. Great area with many cafes and services around. Stayed in a dorm, really comfy bed and privacy with curtains. Great value for money. Loved the swimming pool and cinema at night. The stuff was really nice too. Highly recommended

The hotel and the rooms itself are very good. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The location is perfect to explore the city. Nevertheless the breakfast was not good at all. Eggs are cold. Fruits taste sour and not fresh at all. Baguette is pretty old. The butter was completely melted… We ended up eating toast with jam.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
